Villa Black Eagle
Selva, Italy
Nestled between majestic peaks
The Perathoner architectural firm has designed a striking contemporary house at an altitude of 1,563 metres in Selva di Val Gardena in the Italian Dolomites. The aim of the project was to integrate the building in the surrounding area in the best possible way. To the south, the house opens up with fully glazed fronts; the boundaries between inside and outside disappear. The three separate residential units offer an impressive view of the Sella massif. The modern architectural language with its clean lines runs through the entire building without sacrificing materials such as stone and wood from the traditional Alpine architectural style. Bathroom elements made of glazed titanium steel by Bette complement this concept with style.
